Spartan Combative System

The Spartan Combative System was developed for elite military and law enforcement special operation teams to enhance survival skills when the use of firearms is not available or practical.

The Spartan Combative System of unarmed combat combines the most effective techniques of modern martial arts with solid principles of the William Fairbairn methods and philosophies that were employed by the World War II Era OSS, Army Rangers, Marine Raiders, and British Commandos.

Unarmed Combat Courses

All Spartan Combative techniques adhere to the following principles:

  • Must be effective
  • Must be offensive in nature
  • Must be easily performed under stress
  • Must be able to be performed in full assault gear
